Gillard declines to endorse Rudd backers

Primary Minister Julia Gillard is refusing to ensure important backers of Kevin Rudd will not be excluded from her reshuffled ministry. Jostling is previously underway for the NSW Senate vacancy induced by the unexpected resignation of Assistant Treasurer Mark Arbib.
